Admission Requirements

Pre-School Program

• Junior Casa
  • Child should be at least 3 years old by June of the coming school year.
  • Parents must call the Pre-school office to schedule the child’s classroom visits prior to enrollment.
  • Photocopy of birth certificate issued by NSO.
  • Duly accomplished Application for Admission Form (Link to form)
• Advanced Casa
  • Child should be at least 4 years old by June of the coming school year.
  • Parents must call the Pre-school office to schedule the child’s IQ examination.
  • Photocopy of birth certificate issued by NSO.
  • Duly accomplished Application for Admission Form (Link to form)
• Preparatory
  • Child must be at least 5 years old by June of the coming school year
  • Parents must call the Pre-school office to schedule the child’s examinations.
    • IQ exam
    • Reading (must obtain passing score)
    • Writing (must obtain passing score)
    • Math (must obtain passing score)
  • Photocopy of birth certificate issued by NSO.
  • Duly accomplished Application for Admission Form

Grade School Program

• Grades 1 to 6
  • For grade 1, child must be at least 6 years old by August 31 of the coming school year.
  • Submit the following requirements:
    • Properly accomplished Application for Admission Form
    • Photocopy of current school year report card
    • Photocopy of report cards for the last two (2) school years
    • Photocopy of PSA-issued birth certificate
    • Recommendation Form from Guidance Office
    • Recommendation Form from Class Adviser / School Principal
    • For Grade 1 Applicants only: Virtual Entrance Examination
    • Application Fee of P 300
  • Wait for 3 to 5 working days for the result of the application.
